This all women's fitness bootcamp is designed to help you get into great shape without the competitveness
of men being involved. I am looking to help enhance your cardiovascular condition, tone and build lean
muscle as well as perfect your form, posture, balance, and flexibilty.
The main objective here is to simply be healthy and live a longer, happier life while looking and feeling
good. This is a fast, effective way to get into shape for a special occasion, such as reunion, wedding, or
more simple tasks like picking up the kids or carrying groceries.
A day in bootcamp would consist of light dumbell drills, resistance bands, light running, obstacle course,
and partner exercises to help create a team atmosphere.
You will be challenged physically but no matter what your fitness level you will not be asked to do more
than you can do safely. Each exercise will allow you to choose the best intensity for your fitness level.
Personal Training one-on-one sessions are great but can become very expensive if you are going 3-5 times per
week at $50-$150 per session. With this program you will receive the same results at a fraction of the cost.

Directions to Pequannock High School:
85 Sunset Road
Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
From Rt. 287:
Take Route 287 North or South to Exit 52 A (sign says Riverdale-23S) Stay
on 23 South through 1 traffic light. Take the first exit on the right
after the traffic light (sign says Boulevard-West Parkway). Stay on the
Boulevard, go through 2 blinking lights. At the next light (stoplight)
make a right onto Sunset Road. High School will be on the left.
From Rt. 80
West 80 West to Exit 53 (sign says Wayne-Butler). Stay on Route 23 North
for 4 lights. At the fourth light, take the Alexander Avenue exit/jug
handle. Take the exit and go straight across Route 23 up Alexander Avenue
over the Railroad Tracks to the end of Alexander Avenue. Make a right at
the light on to Newark Pompton Turnpike. Make a left at the first traffic
light onto Sunset Road. Stay on Sunset, through one traffic light. The
school is on the left.
