This all women's fitness bootcamp is designed to help you get into great shape without the competitveness of men being involved. I am looking to help enhance your cardiovascular condition, tone and build lean muscle as well as perfect your form, posture, balance, and flexibilty.

The main objective here is to simply be healthy and live a longer, happier life while looking and feeling good. This is a fast, effective way to get into shape for a special occasion, such as reunion, wedding, or more simple tasks like picking up the kids or carrying groceries.

A day in bootcamp would consist of light dumbell drills, resistance bands, light running, obstacle course, and partner exercises to help create a team atmosphere.

You will be challenged physically but no matter what your fitness level you will not be asked to do more than you can do safely. Each exercise will allow you to choose the best intensity for your fitness level.

Personal Training one-on-one sessions are great but can become very expensive if you are going 3-5 times per week at $50-$150 per session. With this program you will receive the same results at a fraction of the cost.

4 times per week, 4 weeks, 16 hours of exercise: $299 That's only $18.69 per session!

3 times per week, 4 weeks, 12 hours of exercise: $249 That's only $20.75 per session!

2 times per week, 4 weeks, 8 hours of exercise: $199 That's only $24.87 per session!

Note that three week programs have corresponding price changes:
4 times a week - $249
3 times a week - $224
2 times a week - $149

Click the camp that you want to sign up for to register. If the camp is in red, that means that the camp is full. If the camp is in green, the camp is closed, but will re-open in the winter upon request. If the camp is in purple, the camp is only available three times a week.

Directions to Kinnelon High School:
121 Kinnelon Road
Kinnelon, NJ 07405

Rt. 287 to Exit 52B (Route 23 North); go approximately 3 miles on 23 North to jughandle for Kinnelon Road/Kiel Avenue (right lane exit). At end of jughandle, at light, make left. Cross Route 23. (You are now on Kinnelon Road.) Continue straight for appxoximately 1.5 miles. Kinnelon High School is on your left.

Directions to Silas Condict County Park:
From Rt. 287:
Take Route 287 to Route 23 North to Kinnelon Road in Kinnelon. In order to make a LEFT turn onto Kinnelon Road, you must make a jug handle turn by getting off Route 23 at signs for Butler/Kinnelon, Kinnelon Road. At the stop sign, take a LEFT, go across Route 23 onto Kinnelon Road. Continue for approximately one mile. The access road to the park, William Lewis Arthur Drive, will be on your RIGHT.

From Rt. 80:
Traveling WEST, continue until Route 23 Exit and take Route 23 Northbound to Kinnelon Road in Kinnelon. In order to make a LEFT turn onto Kinnelon Road, you must make a jug handle turn by getting off Route 23 at signs for Butler/Kinnelon, Kinnelon Road. At the stop sign, take a LEFT, go across Route 23 onto Kinnelon Road. Continue for approximately one mile. The access road to the park, William Lewis Arthur Drive, will be on your RIGHT.
