Jeremie's Bio
Hi, my name is Jeremie Guarderas. I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified USA Boxing Instructor. I train all types of people on all different fitness levels such as stay at home moms, professionals and a variety of athletes. I've helped people who were just about ready to quit working out because they tried everything and couldn't get results. I got them those results that they were desperately looking for. I've helped professional and amateur athletes get their bodies conditioned to a level that they never thought they could reach.
Helping people reach their goals is a huge enjoyment in my life. When I help someone grow into a healthy, fit, happier person, and know that I was a huge part of that accomplishment, no reward is better. I love it!
About Program
This all women's fitness bootcamp is designed to help you get into great shape without the competitveness of men being involved. I am looking to help enhance your cardiovascular condition, tone and build lean muscle as well as perfect your form, posture, balance, and flexibilty.The main objective here is to simply be healthy and live a longer, happier life while looking and feeling good. This is a fast, effective way to get into shape for a special occasion, such as reunion, wedding, or more simple tasks like picking up the kids or carrying groceries.
A day in bootcamp would consist of light dumbell drills, resistance bands, light running, obstacle course, and partner exercises to help create a team atmosphere.
You will be challenged physically but no matter what your fitness level you will not be asked to do more than you can do safely. Each exercise will allow you to choose the best intensity for your fitness level.
Personal Training one-on-one sessions are great but can become very expensive if you are going 3-5 times per week at $50-$150 per session. With this program you will receive the same results at a fraction of the cost.
Free Yoga Class
This power yoga class is accessible to everyone, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness. The yoga will meet you where you are. Whether this is your first yoga class or you have a deep practice, you will be challenged, encouraged and supported through a vinyasa yoga sequence for toning, strengthening, increased flexibility and peace of mind.
