What is the process to join?
Go to the Register Page and fill out the form. I will contact you to schedule your pre-evaluation
(fitness evaluation is optional).
What does the evaluation consist of?
I will take your body fat percentage, weight, measurements and a small physical fitness test. Don't
worry, there is no passing or failing. It is so we are able to compare pre-camp to post-camp progress.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring 5-8 pound hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also need to bring water
to prevent dehydration. A towel for drying off and tissues for a running nose are also good ideas. Always come
in layers for the cooler seasons.
Will I feel sore?
Yes, most people feel sore the first 2-4 days. After that point, you'll be okay. It's part of your progression.
When will I get results?
You will see results as soon as 2-4 weeks. Your performance will increase as early as 3-4 days of camp.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control and you cancel before camp starts,
I will refund your money with a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel after camp has already started, then I can only
credit your remaining sessions towards another boot camp. This is not negotiable.
What if it rains?
Camp will only be cancelled if there is thunder and lightning or raining extremely hard. If you are a part of the
5 day program, then that rain day will be used as a credit towards the next camp. If you are a part of the 2-3 day
program, then you have the option of either adding the rain day onto one of your weeks or use it as a credit towards
the next camp. Camp may also be cancelled if the weather is too cold with light rain. (to help avoid getting sick) -
Cancellations will be based on my personal discretion.
