Thunder Boot Camp, located in Kinnelon,
New Jersey, is an outdoor exciting new way
of exercising for women only (indoors may
also be available for winter). All ages,
shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are invited.
The great thing about this boot camp is that
its based on working at your own pace with
extra motivation from your team and trainer.
No one will be left out or left behind - you
are all there to get in shape and be healthy,
so even if you are new to exercising or are
looking for a new workout routine, this
program is for you. We will go over the basic
exercises and correct posture in the first
few days and those who know the basics will be

Free fitness evaluations will be offered before and after your 4 week program for those
who want it. The evaluation is to see your progression and will consist of weight, body fat percentage, and measurements. It will be done in
complete privacy.

program is for men and women at all fitness levels. A Certified Personal Trainer will come to your office building for your convenience
to train you and your co-workers. The exercises are designed so that each person can work at their own pace. Instead of going to the gym
and aimlessly walking around, wondering what to do and how much weight to use, you will have a personal trainer guiding you at a fraction of
the cost of a private one-on-one session.
This is a 4 week program, 3 days a week and can consist of light dumbbell drills, resistance bands, light running, obstacle courses, and
partner exercises to help create a team atmosphere.
All you need to bring with you are a small pair of dumbbells: women 3-5lbs and men 8-10lbs. I promise this will be the best money you

My name is Kwaku Sampong, also known as “Kay.” I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer (Aerobics and
Fitness Association of America). Through my six years of personal training and fitness counseling, I have worked with
